State-of-the-art cartoning machines for detergent capsules
iCap is a Spanish company operating in the detergent sector, which chose Senzani to install two complete packaging lines for detergent capsules. The project required Senzani to develop a technically advanced solution capable of handling complex packs with a child-proof system.
What was installed were two Origami solutions, new-generation cartoners that form the box from a flat blank, reaching a speed of 40 cartons per minute. Dosing is carried out by a multihead weigher, which dispenses 24 or 36 products per box, to which a capsule protection ball is added. This project confirms Senzani’s ability to respond to advanced packaging challenges that require cutting-edge technology.
