Presenting products impeccably at the point of sale while ensuring safe transportation is a top priority for many customers.
It is precisely with this goal in mind that Carnex, a long-established Serbian producer of canned meat, has once again decided to rely on a trusted partner like Senzani. To increase production at its Vrbas plant, a new Senzani machine has been added to the two solutions that have been operating for over 10 years and are still performing perfectly.
The supplied technology is a WACM60, a wrap-around cartoning machine designed to produce tray+lid displays. By customer request, the machine handles 2x7x1 and 2x10x1 collections. However, the system is designed to easily implement new formats and collections.
With an infeed capacity of up to 500 cans per minute, the WACM60 produces up to 60 packs per minute. All this comes in an extremely compact structure, with a footprint of just 3.7 x 2.3 meters, ideal for optimizing space in the production plant.
