Each line consists of a VCMK15, a vertical cartoning machine with Senzani volumetric dosing unit, capable of handling 4 formats—800, 1,600, 2,200, and 2,400 g—at speeds of respectively 300, 200, 170, and 150 cartons per minute. The machine is equipped with a dust extraction system both in the filling area and before glue application on the upper flaps, which are sealed in sift-proof mode to ensure maximum carton tightness. Downstream, a CPSL25 side-load case packer manages the insertion of the cartons into American cases in variable configurations, on multiple rows and layers. This machine completes a line designed to offer flexibility, reliability, and production continuity from the carton to the case.
