A local partnership for coffee packaging
Rekico is a long-established coffee producer and, just like Senzani, a family-owned company based in Faenza. The company involved us in the project to switch from manual to automatic packaging of flowpacked coffee pods. Rekico needed a secondary packaging solution for placing products randomly in RSC cases. This project was very meaningful for Senzani: a partnership between two local companies that share the same values.
The solution provided is a CPTL10, a top-load case packer designed to handle an infeed of up to 250 pieces per minute with a packaging speed of 10 cases per minute. The coffee pods are packaged in four different counts: 30, 50, 100, and 150 flowpacks per case.
The machine’s robust structure ensures long-term reliability, while its compact layout — 4.6m x 1.9m — allows for optimal integration into the production line.
These features make the CPTL10 a flexible case packer, capable of adapting to factories with limited space and to different packaging requirements.
