It was a deeply moving moment when Sergio Mattarella, President of the Italian Republic, honoured Luisa Quadalti Senzani with the title of Cavaliere del Lavoro (“Knight of Labour”) during a ceremony at the Quirinale Palace in Rome.

The event was attended by the highest State authorities, including Adolfo Urso, Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, along with representatives of the Italian Government, Parliament and business industry. A total of 25 entrepreneurs were honoured, all leading figures in sectors like food, fashion, and manufacturing—among them, Senzani.

“Receiving this recognition,” said Luisa Quadalti Senzani, “which was also given to my grandfather, Iro Senzani, founder of our company, is an immense honour. My thoughts and gratitude go especially to our employees and collaborators — the Senzani “family” — who have helped our company grow over the years and allow me to look to the future with confidence. It is thanks to them if the Senzani name is nowadays known worldwide, while remaining deeply rooted in our beloved homeland, Romagna.”

The ceremony was broadcast live on Italian television. At the Senzani premises in Faenza, the entire team gathered to watch the event together – a moment of shared pride and celebration.
