U-Seal makes its world debut at Interpack
May 4, 2026
From May 7 to 13, Senzani will be exhibiting at Interpack, the leading international trade fair for the packaging industry, held in Düsseldorf, Germany. At Hall 11, Stand E41, the company will present a world premiere: U‑Seal, an innovative technology set to make a significant impact in the cardboard packaging sector.
U‑Seal is a patented cold‑sealing system that enables the production of cardboard canisters starting from flat blanks. This highly flexible solution allows for the creation of packs in a wide variety of shapes and dimensions. U‑Seal also supports a transition towards sustainability in the world of packaging: the canisters are made entirely of cardboard and are fully recyclable. In addition, by producing packs directly from flat blanks, U‑Seal machinery optimizes logistics and transportation, contributing to reduced emissions.
At the show, visitors will be able to see a complete U‑Seal line in operation, with daily demo runs at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM. The line consists of the TFormer module—for forming the body of the pack and applying and sealing the bottom disc—and the TCloser module, designed to apply and seal the top disc. Both modules feature a compact layout to maximize production space efficiency.
Alongside U‑Seal, Senzani will also showcase 0MNIA, a top‑load cartoner designed for coffee capsule packaging. Already appreciated by leading international players, the machine stands out for its exceptional flexibility in product configurations and its gentle handling of capsules, including aluminum ones. The solution on display will be dedicated to packaging Nespresso‑compatible capsules in 10‑count sticks, with a production capacity of up to 30 cartons per minute. Demo runs will take place daily at 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM.
Senzani’s participation in Interpack once again represents a key moment for the company, reaffirming its role as an innovator in the automatic packaging industry, with high‑technology solutions designed to meet the ever‑evolving demands of international markets.
