Senzani Brevetti continues its path of innovation by officially presenting its latest novelty: U-Seal is a new solution that allows to form and perfectly seal carboard packs of the most innovative shapes.

This new patented cold-sealing technology developed by Senzani is extremely flexible: starting from a flat blank, it can create a wide variety of pack shapes (circular, oval, triangular, rectangular, square, hexagonal, etc.), suitable for both dry and wet products.

To meet all marketing and production needs, the formed and sealed packs can have different diameters and heights, include transparent windows to showcase the product, and may feature dosing lids, tamper-evident systems (e.g., tear-strip openings), and different levels of product protection barriers. They can also have the top and bottom printed both on the inside and outside.

U-Seal is highly efficient (capable of packaging up to 330 packs per minute with guaranteed perfect sealing) and, above all, sustainable. In fact, the packs are made from fully recyclable material (cardboard), and starting the production from flat blanks allows for more efficient warehouse space management, reduced transport costs, and lower emissions.

U-Seal technology is implemented by Senzani on machines that form the pack body from a flat blank, apply and seal the bottom, optionally handle the filling, and eventually apply and seal the top disc. U-Seal is available as separate stand-alone modules or as a complete 3-in-1 solution, optimizing production space.
