Area Sales Manager
To strengthen our sales department, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- coordinating existing sales agencies and identifying potential new ones
- maintaining and developing the customer portfolio
- preparing customer quotations together with the Project Manager
- participating in trade fairs and industry events
Requirements: excellent knowledge of English and a second language, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, motivation, communication abilities, flexibility and problem-solving. A degree in technical/economic/linguistic/marketing fields is preferred, or alternatively experience in the automatic machinery industry.
Employment level and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Field Service Technician
To expand our Assembly & Service department, we are looking for a Field Service Technician responsible for installation, assembly, repair, maintenance and testing of machines both in-house and at customer sites. The activities must be carried out in compliance with assigned timelines and specifications, and the candidate will report directly to the Assembly & Service Manager.
Requirements include:
- technical diploma in mechanical or electronic fields
- excellent manual skills
- strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork attitude
- mechanical skills such as reading technical drawings, assembly, pneumatics and problem-solving
- availability for national and international travel
Employment level and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Mechanical Engineer – Middle/Senior
We are looking for a middle/senior Mechanical Engineer to join our technical department as part of a broader plan to strengthen and develop our organizational structure. The candidate will join our technical office and report directly to the Technical Manager, handling:
- development of technical solutions based on customer orders, managing assigned projects independently and in compliance with company procedures
- 3D mechanical design of custom solutions
- analysis of customer technical requirements and definition of the most suitable solutions
- technical management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, timelines and quality standards
- collaboration with the Technical Manager and coordination with all involved company departments.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in comparable companies. Employment level and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Automation Engineer – Middle/Junior
We are looking for a middle/junior Automation Software Engineer to join our electronic technical department. The candidate will be responsible for:
- developing, modifying and testing software (in-house and at the customer’s site) for new or existing machines, with a strong focus on Motion Control applications
- working mainly with Rockwell and Siemens platforms for PLC, HMI and Networking development
A technical degree in the electronic field is required (a degree in Automation, Electronic or Computer Engineering will be considered a plus), along with good English skills and willingness to travel abroad (approximately 50 days/year). Employment level and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Project Manager
As part of the strengthening of our organizational structure, we are looking for a Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for:
- analyzing customer requirements in collaboration with the sales department and technical office, defining the most suitable technical solution while coordinating with all involved company departments
- preparing technical documentation such as technical specifications and preliminary machine layouts
- managing contacts with suppliers to verify project feasibility and obtain quotations for commercial components to be integrated into the machines
- supporting the sales department during calls or customer visits and participating in trade fairs when required
A technical degree or diploma is required, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Employment level and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
